Our Story

Rock River Church opened in Jefferson in 1984 and moved to our current building in 1985. Rock River started with a dedicated set of families who were looking to bring the love of God into the Jefferson community. The vision of Jefferson has always been a county wide Church. We have regular attenders from lots of different locations and backgrounds. Rock River Church was named after the Rock River that flows through this part of the state, connecting many different people. Our goal is to serve the entire family through prayer, service and counseling. We aim to equip people for leadership and dedication to God, so that they can be changers in their communities.
